Paul Bibby
Chief Executive Officer

Paul was previously CEO of OceanaGold and prior to that was the London-based Chief Development Officer of Nyrstar.  Paul is a metallurgist with broad experience gained initially in operating and development roles across Rio Tinto and then at Zinifex. 

Paul is well placed to complete the transition from mine development and build the production performace of RNG while also refocussing effort on exploration targets.

 

 

Bill Michaelidis 
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Bill brings over 20 years senior financial management and company secretarial experience in gold mining companies.

His experience covers the full spectrum of financial/secretarial functions including finance, accounting, reporting and fundraising.  This experience was gained with Newcrest Limited, Acacia Resources Limited and New Hampton Goldfields.

More recently Bill has been CFO and Company Secretary of Stellar Resources Limited and Flow Energy Limited.

Keith has over 30 years of mining industry experience, the majority of which has been in senior management roles in the mining and production of base metals, industrial metals and gold.

He has extensive experience in the management of capital projects, feasibility studies, engineering and design within the resource, chemical, energy and related infrastructure sectors.

Mark commenced with RNG on the 21 September, 2009 and his accountabilities are the operation of the Mt Morgans Project based on site at Mt Morgans.

Mark is a Mining Engineer with over 13 years of management experience. Having commenced as a cadet in Broken Hill with Zinc Corporation in 1981, Mark has a Bachelor Degree in Mining from the University of NSW and a Master in Mineral and Energy Economics from Macquarie University.

Mark has a wide experience covering open pit and underground mining operations in a number of commodities, including gold, base metals, mineral sands and iron ore. This experience has also ranged through varying operation sizes from large bulk underground mines such as Olympic Dam to small narrow vein gold and nickel deposits.

Most recently Mark was the Registered Manager of the Waterloo Nickel Operation for Norilsk Nickel Australia Pty Ltd, prior to this Mark was the Manager Mining Plutonic Gold Mine for Barrick Gold Australia Pty Ltd.

Kent Washburn

Kent is a geologist with 30 years in the mineral exploration industry in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Papua New Guinea and Brazil.

He has broad experience in Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory in the search for gold, diamonds and base metals.

Jon Hronsky

Jon is a Director of consulting group Western Mining Services (Australia). Prior to founding Western Mining Services, Jon was Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration and before that, Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd.

He has more than 24 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Jon has particular expertise in gold and nickel sulfide geology, but has worked across a diverse range of commodities.

Significant career contributions include conceptual targeting of a new nickel province in the West Musgrave, WA and a major contribution to the recognition of the extensional exploration potential of the southern mine areas of the Olympic Dam deposit that added over 1 billion tonnes of ore to the resources.

Jon Reynolds

Jon is a geologist with more than 21 years’ experience in geology and resource project valuation. The first eighteen years were with WMC Resources, initially as a geologist but also in corporate business development.

His experience has covered copper, nickel, phosphate, uranium, gold and mineral sands in both operational and business development positions.

Michael has over 20 years of minerals industry experience in Canada and Australia. He is a geologist with postgraduate qualifications in Mineral Economics. Michael has played a crucial role in a number of significant acquisitions, divestments and project developments.
