Rick has 35 years of mining industry experience, the majority of which has been in senior management roles in the exploration, mining and production of base metals, industrial metals and gold.

From 1995 until 2005 he held senior roles with WMC’s Nickel and Copper-Uranium businesses and more recently was COO of CBH Resources Limited.

Ross Kemp
CFO (BCom, M.B.A.FCA, FCIS)

Ross has 25 years senior financial management and company secretarial expertise gained in listed companies.

His wide experience includes corporate planning, forecasting, management and board reporting, treasury and cash management, tax and company secretarial.

Stuart Hutchin
General Manager – Exploration (BSc Geol, MAusIMM)

Stuart is a geologist with 15 years experience in roles ranging from regional exploration through to mine geology within Australia.

He has broad experience in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales in exploration, resource estimation and management of mine geology functions in both open pit and underground operations. Stuart has extensive experience in exploration and subsequent resource definition of deposits in both pre-feasibility and production environments.

He has held senior management positions in exploration and mining scenarios working on gold and base metals projects.

Kent Washburn
Manager – Exploration (BSc Eng Geol, BSc Nat Res, GSA, MAusIMM)

Kent is a geologist with 30 years in the mineral exploration industry in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Papua New Guinea and Brazil.

He has broad experience in Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory in the search for gold, diamonds and base metals.

Keith Bowyer
GM – Project Development (HNC (Dist) Mech Eng)

Keith has over 30 years of mining industry experience, the majority of which has been in senior management roles in the mining and production of base metals, industrial metals and gold.

He has extensive experience in the management of capital projects, feasibility studies, engineering and design within the resource, chemical, energy and related infrastructure sectors.

Greg Chintock Senior
Geologist (BSc (Hons) Earth Sciences)

Greg is a geologist with 14 years’ experience in gold exploration and mining. He has wide-ranging experience in South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.

Peter Geddes

Peter is a Mining Engineer with extensive experience in open-pit and underground mines in Australia, Asia and South America.

In recent years he has been active in company funding and governance through mining venture capital fund Lion Selection Ltd and has been a director of Lafayette Mining Ltd, Exco Resources Ltd, and Sedimentary Holdings Ltd

Jon Hronsky
(BAppSci, PhD, MAusIMM, FSEG)

Jon is a Director of consulting group Western Mining Services (Australia). Prior to founding Western Mining Services, Jon was Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration and before that, Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd.

He has more than 24 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Jon has particular expertise in gold and nickel sulfide geology, but has worked across a diverse range of commodities.

Significant career contributions include conceptual targeting of a new nickel province in the West Musgrave, WA and a major contribution to the recognition of the extensional exploration potential of the southern mine areas of the Olympic Dam deposit that added over 1 billion tonnes of ore to the resources.

Jon Reynolds
(BASc (Geology))

Jon is a geologist with more than 21 years’ experience in geology and resource project valuation. The first eighteen years were with WMC Resources, initially as a geologist but also in corporate business development.

His experience has covered copper, nickel, phosphate, uranium, gold and mineral sands in both operational and business development positions.

Bill Frazer
(Dip Min Eng RMIT, MAusIMM)

Bill is the Principal Mining Engineer for Mining One Consultants. Bill is a mining engineer with over 28 years’ experience working in tin, nickel and gold mainly in Western Australia and Tasmania. He has held senior positions in the management of operations at both surface and underground mines.

Michael Conan-Davies
(BSc(Hons) ANU, MSc (Mineral Economics) Curtin, MAusIMM)

Michael has over 20 years of minerals industry experience in Canada and Australia. He is a geologist with postgraduate qualifications in Mineral Economics. Michael has played a crucial role in a number of significant acquisitions, divestments and project developments.
