We are Strong

The Board and Management are united with our major shareholders in RNG’s aggressive strategy to acquire producing or near producing assets. The Company is well positioned to readily adapt to the challenges of a changing economic environment. Our recent capital raising and the continued over-plan performance of the Indee Heap Leach have resulted in the company being debt-free and with sufficient funds to manage the implementation of that strategy.

RNG has a tightly held shareholder base that has been strongly supportive of the Company over many years. The continued support of our major shareholders in our recent capital raising has confirmed that the Company is following a sound path. The Company has spent significant effort to create value in its tenements.

RNG has announced that it has reached an in-principle agreement with NWME to earn into the company’s Indee Project in Western Australia. NWME will earn 49% of the Indee Project by spending AUS$9 million over four years.
