The Company is pleased to provide an update on development progress at the Company’s 100% owned Indee Gold Mine situated in the West Pilbara, 80 kilometres south west of Port Hedland.

A program of grade control drilling was conducted during October and November 2005 on the first two pits at Withnell prepatory to mining.

Initial results from this 8,500 metre RC drill program confirmed the presence of a number of rich gold zones within and outside the current oxide pit designs.

The new drilling results demonstrate excellent continuity of high-grade structures identified within the oxide zone at Withnell South and Withnell East. These results also highlight the potential in the sulphide zone immediately below the oxide pits.

See Table of significant intersections for results.
